Nodus Financial Technologies (NFT) has changed its name to Ora Fund Managers.

Ora is a Latin word meaning "edge", the point where the land meets the sea... where the mountains meet the sky. In our case, Ora is where caution meets innovation, with our single-minded focus on the design and management of capital preservation funds. The combination of solidity and fluidity is the hallmark of our business as we meet the needs of our clients by following a cautious approach to changing market conditions.

SPENCER FINANCIAL SERVICES

Ora has entered into an agreement with Spencer Financial Services to manage Spencer's client portfolios, with effect from 1 January 2011.

Update: Management of Spencer Financial Services' Portfolios

By mutual consent, the arrangement in terms of which Ora Fund Managers has acted as the investment manager for various funds and client portfolios marketed by Spencer Financial Services will terminate at the end of November 2011. This follows positive developments within Spencer and we take this opportunity to wish Spencer and their clients every success in the future.
